If you choose to pay with a credit card, we collect your credit card number, card type, expiration date, and security code in a secure manner. We transmit this payment information for processing, and we do not store this information.  If you choose to pay via purchase order, check, or money order, we collect the payment information that you mail to us.  If you choose to create an account for free trial access to any Service, we collect and store your full name and email address.

We will not use the Personal Information collected during the account creation process for any purposes other than fulfilling requested transactions; sending you order confirmations and other notifications you request or that are required by law; providing you with access to the Services, including ensuring proper licensing and providing necessary copyright permissions; and providing customer service and technical support.

Account Activity by Teachers and Parent Users

Once you create a classroom roster in the Teachers Corner, you may access classroom reports that become available as your students complete assignments. These reports show the dates and descriptions of activities completed, and each student's progress on assignments. If you have parent access to the Services, you can view reports for your child only. If you have teacher access, you can review reports, names and credentials of students, and assign students various content.

We will not use any Personal Information we gather about you as you use the Services for any purposes other than verifying your identity and authenticating your login; facilitating your access to paid content; and monitoring subscription compliance. For assistance, or if you experience difficulties making corrections to student information, please contact us. We will not keep such student information after you or the educational institution instructs us to delete it.

2. How We Share The Information We Collect

We will not share any of the information we collect through our Services except as described below. We do not share Personal Information with any third parties for their own marketing or sales purposes.

Service Providers

We may share Personal Information with third party service providers only if necessary for them to provide services on our behalf, including service providers that power our email and payments systems.

3. Closing Accounts

If you no longer wish to use our Services, you may contact us to close your account. Adults with teacher access may remove a student account by deleting a student from their roster. Adults with parent access may do this by contacting the account holder, such as the school, to request deletion of their child's information.

If you close your account, we have no obligation to retain your information, and we may delete any of your information without liability.

4. How We Protect Information

We use industry-standard technical, physical and operational security measures to safeguard your data and prevent unauthorized access. These measures include, but are not limited to, encryption and physical access controls.

Your account is protected by the username and password you create and we urge you to keep these safe.
